最近最開心的成就達成:
一直以來仗著體型偏瘦,所以從沒有運動習慣而全身軟趴趴的泡芙人我
竟然完成了連續兩週,每天跟著YouTuber做10-20分鐘的下半身雕塑運動!!

只能說:真的有動有差🙈
可能因為過往太廢太鬆垮,兩週下來線條就明顯開始變得比較緊實,看鏡子也變得比較有自信了😳

原來要對自己的身體有愛,真的只需要跨出那個第一步💕
希望這個小習慣可以持續下去,用更健康的樣子拍更多照片!

(但現在這張是開始運動前拍的哈哈,希望現在的照片都會是未來的對比☺️)

My biggest achievement lately:
Successfully completing 10-20 min daily lower body workout (thanks to all those body-building videos on YouTube) for 2 weeks!!

Having been a relatively skinny girl for so many years, things like exercise and workout just never existed in my life. 🙈

However, now I can totally understand why many ppl are doing this! Definitely feel more confident standing in front of the mirror now😳
And although the change is not yet super obvious, my lower body does look more toned than ever!

It’s true that you only need to make that first move to start treating your body better 💕
Hope I’ll be able to keep this new habit up and take more photos with a healthier figure!

(This one was taken more than 2 weeks ago… maybe I should do some before & after in the future 🤪)
